Hey all! We've got under $750 USD left until we reach our ultimate stretch goal, and with two full days left until the campaign ends!

I've also received feedback from Kickstarter support about add-ons; now, backers should be able to add up to 2 extra copies of Lordran & Beyond 1st Edition to their reward tier WITHOUT increasing shipping costs! I've also added extra sticker sheets as an add-on (up to 3 extras of those per backer), but remember ALL backers getting a shipped reward will get a sticker sheet for free regardless.

The enamel pins are almost upon us, and anyone on the fence still has just under three days left to hop on board and guarantee their copy of 1st Edition with all its bonuses: 58 pages of comic storytelling across 4 different stories, plus the extra art gallery and trivia pages! In total, the volume will be at least 80 pages front to back, and folks snagging the printed version of the book will also get the free sticker sheet.

We're fast approaching the end of the campaign, and at nearly 250% of our funding goal! I'm constantly left shocked every time I see the amazing turnout and support for L&B 1st Edition! As we finalize page designs and get the book ready for printing, I wanted to share some examples of the non-comic features inside the book:

Backers can check out the character profile pages that will be added after each relevant story, and the trivia pages included in the back of the book that delve into more esoteric mechanics and gameplay nuance surrounding the main characters of 1st Edition. Underneath those, you can have a look at some samples for the art gallery pages that will be included thanks to the $7,500 stretch goal being reached! These pages show off more stylish and wonderful art by Veitstanz of Gwyndolin, Velka, Queen Annalise, and King Allant.

The presentation and style choices may end up differing slightly for the final print/PDF versions of the book, but this should give everyone a good indication of what to expect for the edition you'll all have in hand this summer!

Quick "Trivia Page" Example!

Hi there! As we're inching close to the final week of the campaign, I wanted to share an example of part of the trivia section appearing in 1st Edition. The section is planned to be 5 pages in total, and this snapshot here covers about half of a page:

This is still not final, so there will likely be some changes and tweaks to organization and presentation, but it should give folks a strong idea of the cozy supplemental material they can dig into after they've finished the stories!

Week Two Summary: Over 200% Funding, Stretch Goals Updated, Extra Books as Add-ons

Heya folks! With two weeks under our belt and the campaign nearly halfway finished, I wanted to give a brief update for folks~

We're well over being 200% funded, which is just incredible. I'm really, really stunned by the turnout for the Kickstarter and can't thank all of you enough. Plus, at the time of this update being posted, the campaign is just about to reach the stretch goal to add the 10-page art gallery! I think reaching that goal is a forgone conclusion, and with that in mind the stretch goal chart has been updated on the campaign page. As mentioned over the weekend, there's two new stretch goals added: another free poster (at $8,250 USD) for backers getting the poster bundle, and of course the gorgeous and gleaming Solaire enamel pin (at $10,000 USD) for ALL backers getting a shipped reward.

The image provided for the extra poster at $8,250 USD is currently a work-in-progress, and will be an 11x17 print of the Bloodborne-themed variant cover that Veitstanz is working on. Backers can of course expect updates on the progression of the cover as well, and it should be finished by the time the campaign ends.

Another factor I'm working on right now is including an extra copy of L&B 1st Edition as a $20 USD add-on for no additional shipping charge. I received an inquiry about pledging for additional copies of the book and decided to act on that, and I also know the cost of shipping for just the book on its own is especially rough for international backers. For any non-US backers who might be looking to get some more value out of their order without adding to their shipping charge, I hope the option of getting an extra copy without ramping up shipping might help alleviate that. Once I've got the book add-on solidified and included in the campaign pledge options (just waiting on Kickstarter support to verify a few specifics on how add-ons and shipping work in tandem with normal pledge tiers), I'll make a new update about that.
